Can to tulip.
Appearance: murky yellow to orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some concave lace
Aroma: lime juice, some pineapple sweet and tart features; subtle sweet coconut for balance; light freshly cut grassy hops, mild malt base
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas fairly nice and sweet with a touch of tartness underneath; finishes with the pineapples and coconut
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability about this one; light smoothness along the tongue - nothing abrasive and nothing coating - just plain nice movement
Overall: I wonder if this could be construed as a fruited IPA or even sour ale with fruit in it? Hmmmm, guess it depends on who you talk to. I'd still come back to this beer if someone does end up changing the style.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark brown in color with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated fairly quick but no fizziness, just seemed like I looked to see foamy head then the next minute it wasn't there and then I noticed some light concave lace
Aroma: blackberry - sweet and tart up front with some chocolate (milk chocolate, I think), light coconut and vanilla enter in for some extra balance
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas sweetly and with a tart tone for some balance; finishes with the blackberries and chocolate
Texture: light to medium bodied; between being sessionable and being a sipper; some tartness seems to add some stoppage on the tongue
Overall: one of those oddities by Bent Hill where this time it actually works. I know they love to think outside the box when brewing new beers and this one definitely likes to do that.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: burnt orange to medium copper color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: nice gooseberry to passion fruit to citrusy hoppiness with some light freshly clean grass and a clean malt backbone
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together very nicely to a bittersweet juicy tone; mildly finishes with the passion fruity tones
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness along the tongue with a touch of creaminess but nothing really substantial
Overall: I can tell this is one of the newer beers by Bent Hill where they use cleaner methods of brewing; this is one I would return to.

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange to copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light cloves, lemony notes, subtle fresh pine, some floral hop tones
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together pretty nice and semi-sweet with a touch of spice; finishes semi-floral and spicy
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some harshness does spike the tongue but I somewhat expected it to - to be honest, it's nothing that changed how I felt about this beer, just something I noticed
Overall: I'd say this was a pretty nicely done table saison that would go well with practically any food you would want it with.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-burnt orange with some brightness to it; two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: tropical fruity with some pine hoppiness; clean malts
Flavor: bitter and sweet but not fully blended to be bittersweet, finishes somewhat tropical fruity but also some bitterness entering in at separate times of the sips
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; light smoothness but also some hop grit
Overall: this beer may have been one of the straws that broke the camel's back in putting it in the brewers' heads of trying to do something better and cleaner with their beers, there's something good with this beer but also this beer didn't live up to it's potential.

Appearance: thick burnt orange close to copper color with a two and a half to three finger white foamy head which dissipated slowly to leave some light lace

Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together bittersweet with a clean finish of the pineapple to peachy hoppiness
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; and very smooth along the tongue, no hop burn
Overall: a very nicely done NEIPA with the Nectaron hops that I would love to come back to.

Appearance: that's some thick orange coloring! Two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet flowers, grapefruity, orange pulpy, somewhat perfumey and a light tone of sweet pine / maybe spruce, light dose of clean malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly sweet with some bitterness trying to make a good play of balance; finishes with the sweet floral to grapefruity tones
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper, some smoothness along the tongue but some bitterness pulling at my tongue
Overall: not a bad DIPA by these guys, I must say - this is interesting to say the least.

Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together leaning towards the sweeter side with a lower bitterness level, finishes tropically fruity smooth
