750 ml corked and crowned bottle from my cellar. This one has some age on it. Perhaps about 10 years or so. Pours mahogany brown with no head. Oaky, dark malt aroma hints at dark dried fruits. Flavor is bittersweet and boozy. Oak, bourbon, black currants, vanilla, dark chocolate and resin notes.

Bottle. Just an average tasting pale ale. Not all that great. Golden color. Some head. More hops then not but not the greatest.

Bottle. A marzen beer that is only average. I love this style but this is not one of the better examples of this.
