GABF 2015. Red color. They said it was brewed with a lot of ginger but i don’t get that much. Very dry on the palate. i am not getting a biere de garde character, just a light ginger beer, with alcohol much higher than I expected from the aroma and flavor.

Cask at GBBF ’15, day 3, 13/08/15. Golden topped with an off white covering. Nose is light citrics, orange peel, bready malt, light straw. Taste comprises tangerine, soft bread, melon, citric sherbets, sweet malt. Medium bodied, fine carboantion, semi drying close. Ok pale.

On tap at Capitol City Downtown. Clear copper with very small beige head. Aroma is smoke, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is smoke, meat, and caramel malt.

On tap at Capitol City Downtown. Cloudy light orange with small with head. Aroma is grapefruit hops, medium body, lower carbonation, and pretty good small-bubble lacing. Taste is some sharp grapefruit hops, some herbal hops, and bitter finish.

Cask gravity at gbbf 2015 day 3. Thanks Chris. Clear golden hazed coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is juicy tropical fruit. Mango and passion, Fruit. Tangerine, spicy orange, flavour is composed of pollen/. Floral hop, palate is semi sweet but refreshing. Grainy. Solid stuff. .

Keg at the VA Craft Brewers Festival. Clear copper, large foamy head, good retention. Aroma of gingerbread and caramel. The taste is gingerbread, caramel, spice, dark fruits. Medium bodied.
