On tap at the pinellas location. Pleasant haylike aroma. Ubiquitous pale yellow appearance. Medium carbonation. Typical flavors of a pils but includes some haylike factors that carry over from the aroma. Has a pilsner bite. An OK pilsner but has a mild bitterness that I just can’t get used to.

On tap at the pinellas location. Attractive bouquet, very attractive bouquet. Friendly and deceiving olfactory. Dark and pleasant appearance. Choco mousse head, creamy and it makes me want to rub it between my thumb and forefinger. Nice blanket lacing on this brew. Totally flat on the palate like a nitro beer. Simply terrible, good example of this style. +8% is scary. Whiskey soaked oak barrels. Oppressive dark beer.

On tap at the pinellas location. Dark beer roasty aroma. Beautiful lacing on this brew. Barely any carbonation on the palate. More bitter than I care for in porter yet it has an attractive personality that keeps me tasting. Dark charcoal flavors. Overall a good example of a dark beer. Not exceptionally oppressive.

On tap at the pinellas location. Again, a nice mild fruity aroma. A darker beer with a red tinge. Bitter roasty flavors, comes across with almost a stout stature. More bitter than I care for. Thicker in some ways when compare to other brown ales. Lingering medium bitter personality. Not as good as many brown ales I’ve encountered as far as enjoyability goes.

On tap at the pinellas location. Initial fruit like aroma. Appearance is a reddish tinge to an otherwise common pale yellow american beer. Little carbonation in this brew. Initially it comes across rather fruity but it immediately morphs into a pale ale medium bitter experience. A little too much personality for my lager loving taste buds. However, not really over the top. Hides the otherwise +7% well.

On tap at the pinellas location. Fruity aroma and I like it. Slightly darker than yer ubiquitous pale yellow american beer. Below average carbonation on the palate. Fairly bitter hops, borders on IPA status. Long lingering soapy bitter medicinal finish, more oppressive than most APA, IMHO more like IPA. Aroma is no indicator of the hoppiness in this beer.

On tap at the Pinellas location. Very nice hefe fruity aroma. Cloudy and hazey like a hefe with it’s orange beige look. Good carbonation, welcomed in a hefe. A little more bitter than I care for in a hefe. Friendly none the less. Likable.

Called Brewhouse Blonde at the Pinellas location? I don’t think it’s a kolsch, probably a blonde ale. Wheaty straw friendly aroma. Ubiquitous color and appearance. Good carbonation and a generally nice attitude. Typical brewpub light with an extra amount of manners. I liked this brew. Some bitter aftertaste. Enjoyable haylike session beer. Nice mellow finish, not over the top.

Draft at the Lloyd Center venue in Portland, OR. Pumpkin spice aroma. Dark reddish amber color with a beige head. Medium body with sharp carbonation. Flavor is caramel and spice; probably some pie spice and a touch of cinnamon. Pretty smooth. Mouth is left tingling, so could be some clove. A good ale for the type.

Draft at the Lloyd Center venue in Portland, OR. [This is not a sweet stout] Chocolate aroma. Black color with a tan head. Full bodied with strong, creamy carbonation. Flavor is dark toasted malt with a little coffee and a lot more chocolate. The finish is somewhat bitter with chocolate and light coffee persisting. Really very good.
