Bottle, 11%. Well-lagered, perhaps old-smelling, soy aroma. Dark brown colour, seems hazy. No head. The flavour is sweet and very vinous. Has a little soy note in the finish. Good sweetness. Roasted, alcoholic and slightly astringent finish. Spicy honey flavour.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with barely any head at all. Clear aroma of roast and honey, with estery hints. Sweetish flavour of roasted honey, with spicy and estery notes and hints of malt. Estery and roasty aftertaste with spicy touches. Warming alcohol presence. Decent.

On tap. Dark brown colour, almost black, minimal brown head. Aroma is lots of nuts, much coffee. Light bitterness, light sweetness. Lively carbonation - higher than it's usual for stouts, but it's works fine. Full body. Good.

Tap @ VAF 2018 / 01.12. Hazy dark orange, some white foam. Sour yeasty or more like doughy nose. Some red currants. Tastes bready, somewhat raw dough more than anything. Tart and fruity strain going through. Bit hard to drink. This bread should be baked first.
