"Michael Seezauber", Flasche von den Getränkerittern, 10.12.2022. - Kupferrotgold, blank; sparsamer Schaum.

Schnapp-Fläschla: Almost black, quickly collapsing loose off-white head, mild to moderate sweetish-bitter aroma of smoke (woodfire) with toasty and fruity traces; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, a light acidity is detectable far behind, hardly medium bodied and not so soft; slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish with smoky and fruity traces and a light acidity (presumably not caused by infection, by roasted malt). Moravius is right, more like a thin Stout than a Rauchbier...

Hermann's Bierwerkstatt Rußkäfer, ein Rauchbier, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Dunkles Schwarzbraun, kurzlebiger Schaum.
