Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish, where the straw note lingers.

15th June 2010. Bottle at Cask & Kitchen. Clear darkish amber beer. Light off white head. Soft palate. Toffee malt totally dominates. Then a caraway tone before the beer finishes with some sweet caramel and a little orange fruit.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and rather short foamy head. Sweet bready malty nose with shy hints of wheat-malt, pine apple and some veggie notes like cooked carrots. Moderately sweet and slightly sourish flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation for a Hefeweizen. Slim malty taste with fruity (pine apples) and wheaty notes; slim and sourish fruity finish. 08.V.10

(bottle, 50cl, 5.2% abv) Clear, bright amber colour with a dense medium-sized off-white foamy head. Roasty malty with notes of caramel and Bavarian Blockmalz. Sweet and slightly roasty bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Roasty malt-character with caramel and earthy notes; medium-dry, roasty and sweet-bitter finish with light herbal hoppy notes. Rather an unfiltered Dunkel than a classical Kellerbier. 30.IV.10
