Bottle: White head, quicly diminishing to a small foamy layer, pale golden coloured; delicate sweetish-grainy, also a bit malty nose; light bitter-sweet flavour, also light bodied without being watery; faint, but lingering grassy hoppiness in the finish. A simple, but drinkable thirst-quencher with faintly detectable qualities of a Bohemian Pilsener.................

Bottle: Golden coloured, small foamy layer; sweetish-grainy nose with a faint hayish hoppiness; delicate sweetish-bitter flavour; light to non-existant malty base; short malty, a bit papery and bitter finish. A very mediocre czech brew, could be brewed in Germany by InBev........

Can: Poured a yellowish color pilsner with a big white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of what seems like corn and adjunct is quite surprising since I didn’t though Czech brewery were using those ingredient. Taste is also bland with very little malt and no hops at all. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this one and was expecting closer to Pilsner Urquell then this.

Nice looking 500ml bottle and label. Creamy, beige head over an appealing deep mahogany and scarlet gown. Dark malty aroma. Watery. Medium bodied. Brittle caramel flavour with grainy notes. More sweetness and some yeastiness in the finish. Becomes far too sweet half way through the glass.

Fresh malty scent. Very refreshing and thirst clenching. Good btterness. A little bit of butterscotch in the aftertaste.6/4/7/3/16=3.6Second rating(Draught in Prague)On June 24, 2008Clear pale golden color, white head. Mild acidic malty scent. This is an excellent dunkel and session beer. The beer is dark brown and has a very thick head. Aroma has malt and carmel, as well as fruit. Sweet flavor that includes more malt and carmel. Lightly hopped. Outstanding palate. Smooth and exceptionally easy to drink.
