Our apples are picked and processed on site. We use a carefully chosen blend of cider apples and we feel this gives the cider a better flavour.
Our cider can be cloudy – that’s because it is naturally produced and full of goodness. The apple orchard at Pure North has been prepared and newly planted to produce the very best cider apples.
During 2012 we will be expanding our range of ciders to include dry, bottle conditioned champagne style ciders and oak aged ciders. In addition we will be offering pure apple and pear juice fresh pressed and flash pasturised.

Box @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Darker-golden with a glow. It has a dry tasting apple with its strength fairly evident, although this is not a huge factor in term of changing its fruity taste, but does provide a fuller texture.

slightly cloudy orange-gold, with a small, fast disappearing bubbly white head, and a funky, woody aroma. There's an initial kick of tart apples in the taste which evolves into a medium sweet flavour

Cask at Waterloo Tap. Hazy gold with lace. A bit acetic in the nose, soft apple, malalactic notes, this is gonna be tart. Sofy, full, smooth, flat body. Sour, with some vinegar, prickly finish with medium tannins. Decent but a bit too acetic for my tastes.

Cask @ Baum, Rochdale. Golden with a light spirit-like infused apple aroma and taste. There's a metallic tanginess and is also dry tasting.
