The resulting ciders are full of depth, character and as near to perfection as we can get them

Bottle at home in Hackney - may have sourced from Ocado. Noted at 5.6% ABV. Pours clear honey-gold with a few bubbles. On the sweet side, with some ripening apples, some bitter peel, mild funk, grass, a slight artificial note. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Sweet, almost sugary finish but then quite dry, hinting at astringent, bitter in the aftertaste. A little odd. Doesn't come together that well.
