Poured into a snifter showing pitch coffee black with sparse latte colored foam. The nose shows an odd mix of coffee and tart bretty notes. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Strong tartness throughout that transitions very quickly to a hoppy bitterness. Completely missing any coffee or roasted notes.

Bottle thanks to rich pours out a hazy gold topped with a small head. nose is great brett a nice fruit note a little sulfer. Taste is more of the nice fruity notes some tart pucker and a light sweetness.

750ml bottle pours a pulpy, blueberry purple color with some white head. Nose has berries and yogurt and lemon. Flavor is tart with lemon, berry, grapefruit, mild acid, yogurt. Full bodied, tart finish.
