Murky orange topped with a white cap that thins to spotting.
Nose is bitter sweet apples, earthy, light funk, herb.
Taste comprises tangy apples, straw, vinous, modest funk.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close.
Okay.

From bar in a box at the Sausage and Cider Festival at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London, 23.08.24. Cloudy straw colour. No head. Aroma and taste of astringent apple peel, cider apples, some bitterness. Tart mouthfeel. Good!

26/1/2024. From BIAB at The Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Pours clear pale orange gold with minimal head. Aroma is apple, caramel, citrus, straw, slightly musty, funky and mucky. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Drying finish. Decent farmhouse cider.

12/10/2023. BIAB at Nottingham Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Pours slightly hazy pale golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, apple, citrus, horse blanket, rubber. Medium sweetness, light tartness and sourness. Medium body, low carbonation. Drying tart and fruity finish. Very nice.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Hazy orange gold colour, no head and aroma of funky, apple, acetic hint. Taste is sharp, acetic funky, apple, farmhouse, mellow, fruity, with some drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, funky tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

BIAB at Cobblestones, Bridgwater. Pours hazy yellow body with no head Aroma: bit funky, earthy. Taste: bittersweet then bone dry. Sharp apple, fruity, earthy, light chalky. Medium body with no carbonation.
