Draught at the brewpub. Brown with a red hue, aroma is dusty Ale with a slight sweetness. Flavour is dry hop tempered with a strain of honey sweetness. Palate is very dry bitter, almost sour although the longer you leave it a smokyness develops which is quite nice. Carbonation is quite high

Tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy gold with a fine white head. Mild aroma, some citrus, some light toast and leaves. Medium sweet flavor, toasty sugars, alcohol, light ripe citrus. Medium bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Sweet finish, more toasted malts, mild caramel, faint pine. Improves slightly as it warms up, but still not a very impressive attempt at an IPA.

On tap at the brewpub, Berlin. Pours a very cloudy yellow with a fine, white foam head. Fine biscuity bread nose with some hay. Fairly pleasant flavor, though not chock full of character. Some sweet bread and light bitterness. Light bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Faintly crisp finish, sweet, with a bit of sugar and faint spicy bitterness. Alright.
