Draught@brewpub. Hazy yellow color, small steady white head. Grainy, slightly lemony hoppy aroma (also soem sticky wort-like notes). Grainy, lemony hoppy, lemon grassy flavor. Nice unfiltered soul here, but otherwise brew is quite straightforward.

On tap. Slightly hazy golden with a white head leaving broad curtains of lacework. Sweetish malty nose. Quite full-bodied with a very solid malt base. Subdued bitterness but distinct alcohol in the finish without ever being unpleasant. 080109

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow/orange with a creamy and white head. Aroma is light herbal and vague estery, light citrus fruity too. Not really banana fruity. Mild milky flavour. Light sweetness. Light herbal touch again. I would have judged this to be a light berliner weisse rather than a hefeweizen. There must be a mild infection in this. Tasty though. Smooth finish.
