Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma of cherry, funk, floral, apples and sugar. Not so much cherry coming through on the taste. More of a fizzy apple juice. Not bad.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Reddish pink colour, with a bubbly pink foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of muck. Taste is sweet, cherry, apple, vegetal, with some mucky funk. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, sweetish finish. OK.

BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, from 28th East Anglian Beer & Cider Fest, Bury St. Edmonds. Cheers Graham! Hazy yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and mucky, barnyard aroma. Taste is sulphury, muck, barnyard, silage, vegetal, along with some fruity tart apple hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry apple funk at the finish. Seems to have turned, not the best.

Box sample thanks to Grumbo! Pours pale straw gold, aroma is funk, acidic scrumpy, wild yeast. Taste presents a bright acidity, green apple, soft fizz, subtle orchard funk, apple skins, white wine with a hard-to-pin down off note on the finish. A little thin and sharp but enough flavour to keep you sippin.

3/5/2019. Cask/barrel at the 28th East Anglian Beer & Cider Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours clear pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of funky apples, green apples, wood, used straw and stables. Moderate sweetness and medium tartness. Moderate body, slight watery and oily texture, average carbonation. Semi-dry, tart sour finish. I liked it, but apparently it's been the most 'marmite' cider at the festival.
