Bottle from Ciderwinkel. Sweet apple aroma with a little tartness. More sweet than dry I'd say. Apple skins, hint of funk. Light to medium body. Bit too sweet for me, but enjoyable.

BIAB at Partizan Tavern, Nottingham. Golden colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, flowery, funk. Taste is sweet, perry pear, floral, elderflower, acetic, some funk and acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry sharp acidic peary finish. Quite drinkable

500ml bottle from Gloucester Services Farm Shop. Clear golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, tropical hints, with some light earthy funk and drying bitter tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Stockport Beer & Cider Festival, Edgeley Park June 2017. Pours light hazed straw gold with no head. Aroma: fruity, stewed pear, apple. Light to moderate sweet & light bitter with some tartness. Towards medium body with low carbonation.

On tap at London Cider House, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out apple core, gentle sweetness and a touch of farmhouse notes. Flavour brings out fermented apple notes, with brown sugar, aspartame and a strange funk. Not too happy with this one.

500ml bottle from Gloucester Services Farmshop. Sparkling golden colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, vegetal & nutty hints. Taste is apple, sweetish, fruity, sesame-like note, along with some light tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle (5%), shared with Soph. Clear gold appearance. Aroma of juicy medium-sweet apple fruit. Oily palate, nice medium profile, juicy sweet, not overly so, not too complex but very palatable and balanced.

500ml bottle from Orchard Explorers Club. Pale yellow gold colour, white foamy head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of perry pear, some mucky notes. Taste is sweetish, fruity pear, fleshy, skin and core, tangy, acidic with a light tannic note. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry fruity pear finish. Nicely drinkable.
