bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine pannosa non abbondante ma persistente, color arancio torbido, al naso subito agrumi poi spezie frutta candita, in bocca ancora agrumi frutta matura caramello frutta candita, astringente, carbonazione leggera (ahi….! Male!), corpo rotondo, l’alcool si sente non disturba e riscalda, dolce con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Buona, piena in bocca ma dalla Tripel ha ben poco. Fuori stile. c. Tap at Beer&Food Attraction 2020, in Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, with very fine white foam. Aroma is of sour citrus. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is moderately sour, with a hint of sweetness. Final is fairly short.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark red, almost black, actually, with medium brown foam, highly persistent and fine. Aroma is piney, moderately roasty, chestnut. Body is a little dense with good carbonation. Taste is pretty bitter, but with a good sweetness coming in over time. Finish is moderately long and bitter, pleasant.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Dorata, viva, limpidissima, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di frutta tropicale, floreale e resina, malto. In bocca ha una base di malto importante con finale amaro lungo. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione media. Discreta.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Giallo paglierino, chiarissima, quasi un vino bianco, limpida, schiuma media. Al naso è molto luppolata, con note erbacee e citriche. In bocca è più morbida, pur mantenendo un finale bello amaro. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-alta. Buona bevuta.
