On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Ambrata carica con riflessi vermigli, limpida, schiuma bianca leggera, non molto persistente. Al naso sentori di mora e sottobosco, note floreali, malto. In bocca è sbilanciata sul dolce, con base di malto preponderante, quindi si sviluppa vinosa con finale appena amaro e note fresche fruttate. Manca totalmente di corpo e struttura, risultando watery. Peccato, perché l’idea di fondo era interessante.

On tap @BrewEat (Rome). Pours unclear golden with a medium to little white head. Aroma of citrus, lemongrass, spices, nice. Flavour is light sweet with a decent bitter end, light sourish notes, dry and drinkable. Light body, medium carbonation. Simple, not bad.

On tap @Birrificio Marconi (Rome). Pours pale yellow with a medium to little white head. Aroma of grapefruit and rose petals, light metallic note. Flavour is light malty balanced with a decent bitterness. Light body, medium to light carbonation. Boring.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Pours deep brown with a medium cappuccino head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, sponge cake, mocha. Flavour is balanced, nice malty sweetness with a good bitter end, drier than expected. Medium body, great drinkability despite the ABV. Good.
