A hazed dark copper brown ale with a thick collapsing mocha head, gusher. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light acidity. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, fusel alcohol, infected mess. Not good for 10 years.

Backlog January 2010. Clear amber body under a creamy white head. Very weak aroma, some malt. Taste is mild malt, hint of fruit and moderate bitterness. Medium body and short aftertaste. Rather straight forward plain beer.

Deep copper color, thick white head. Floral, earthy, evergreen and slightly citrusy aroma. Not as bitter tasting as expected based on aroma. Has a sweet malt backbone to start, comes in with an oily hop flavor and bitterness at the end and with a mild bitter aftertaste.

5 month old can stamped to indicate brewed with Citra A: Poured a tall frothy head that fell quickly atop a finely hazed pale gold body, leaving sparse patchy lace. S: Under-ripe citrus, honeysuckle and apple. T: Lemon lime citrus hops pop. Notes of bitter pith and tart pulp over light toast or crackers. Not much going on but what's there is nice. M: Light smooth and crisply carbonated. Puckering tart finish. O: This Citra version is tasty and refreshing. I'd love to find it fresh.

Copper color with lasting head. Bready aroma. Flavor is mild caramel malt sweetness, light toast and wood, with a crisp, moderate, floral hop bitter finish that fades away.

Perfectly average, perfectly forgettable brewpub beer, a mild, thin scotch ale with a caramel and wort backbone and slightly buttery and bitter notes bringing up the back end. Not bad, not good, just something to fill out a flight while you nosh on chicharrones or a nice mushroom-swiss burger.

Funky wort-leaning malts with a modest grapefruit-orange zest-pine backbone. Weird, conjuring up memories of brewpub IPAs from the pre-hop-bomb early Aughts version of the style, which isn't exactly a period that holds much nostalgia for me.

Deep ruby and brown color. Caramel and roasted malt aroma. Flavor is excellent sweet caramel with roasted malt and some woody flavor. Just enough hops to balance. Smooth and velvety. Great.

Pours a clear orange-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Caramel, malt and mild hops in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of caramel malt, earthy hops and a bit of fruit. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
