Loads of citra as you’d expect, but there’s a pleasant maltiness underneath it.
Lots of sharp hoppy bitterness. Good stuff, light sweetness. Citrus. Good'un

As you’d expect. The grapefruit taste shines through, the saison element is subdued but hideji does kind of do things this way. Nice though!

Interesting, with a solid nuttiness underneath modest notes of cocoa, coffee, caramel, and a little anise. Kind of wimps out on the back end, though; finishes with lingering chestnut but not much else. Thin texture, but hides the booziness well.

Sweet, raisins, bready, malty, raisins, plums
Good stuff. Kabosu is fun and there’s a decent lager feel behind it I think. Refreshing.
