Draft sample @ Chmielernia, Warsaw. Brune foncée, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme aux notes légères d emalt fumé accompagné par de fines effluves houblonnées. Retrouve une petie douceur caramel, léger chocolat avec un rétro de vanille et peu en terme de complexité des houblons. Note aussi une pointe de fruits noirs. Palais sur un petit résiduel de fumé voire de tourbe accompagné par un léger malté chocolaté et caramel. Retrouve une sorte de profile de prune fumée/purée qui ajoute à cette impression de tourbé. Petite douceur vanillée perce sur la fin avec un houblonnage qui reste un tant trop discret. Encore une bière qui se divise en aime ou j’aime pas. Pour moi, ça passe plutôt bien.

Tap (ZUP, Wroclaw). Barwa bursztynowa, piana bialo-kremowa, obfita, trwala i ladnie zdobiaca szklo podczas opadania. Piwo delikatnie zmetnione. Aromat owocowy, przyprawowy, przyjemny. W smaku dominuje cytrusowa goryczka, kontrowana slodowoscia i owocowoscia. Piwo jest i wytrawne i owocowe co daje calkiem ciekawe polaczenie. Wyczuwalna lekka nuta fenolowa, alkoholowa. Fajna belgijska slodowosc podkreslona amerykanskim chmielem choc po pewnym czasie piwo staje sie nieco meczace.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is close to black and a little hazy. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, chocolate, little licorice and hops. Nice bitter finish.

Bottle from Piwoszek. Very clean fruity exotic pale ale, nicely showcasing Mosaic. Rather thin bodied but that is OK with this style. Clear golden colour. Moderate to light high bitterness with a slightly harsh quality but overall tasty, easily drinkable.

Bottle kindly shared by Gurthnar, many thanks. Orange golden color with medium white head. Strong hoppy aroma. Light bodied beer with strong hoppy bitterness. Long hoppy bitter finish.

Many thanks for this beer to Grzesiek79. Pours a darkish amber. Good drinking smooth beer with an abundance of fruity malts. Rich on the tongue, there is a good long bitterness on the finish.

Draught, big and a touch dense bubbly head, dark brown color, aroma of pine, dark bread, some coffee nad chocolate, dominant dark and slightly sweet chocolate, flavor with charred wood and dark bread in the back. Well made and very good.

Barwa: ciemny żółty przechodzi w jasny pomarańcz, zmętnione. Aromat: po otwarciu z butelki chmielu citra, ze szkła też dobrze ale mniej intensywnie, są cytrusy ale słodkie (pomarańcza) w tle coś jest jakby lekka żywica . Piana: biała drobno pęcherzykowa, szybko opada delikatnie zdobiąc szkło. Smak:grejpfrut a raczej ta gorzka skórka, no i lekka siarka. Goryczka dobra długa. Pozatym piwo pijalne, wysycenie w skali do 10 daję 5, dobrze zbalansowane, po aromacie mogło by się wydawać że będzie słodkie a tak nie jest takie małe oszustwo, obieramy pomaramcze a jemy grejpfruta.

Reddish color with an off-white head with good retention and nice lacework. Aroma has notes of resins, pine and osme aronagush notes. Flavor ha sa decent bitterness, some fruitness, mainly oranges and some peach, medium maltiness. Bittery final with medium to long duration.

Pours redder shade of amber. Looks clean, not really transparent. Aroma is malty, some rowan and hops there as well. Herbal hops. Taste has rowan bitterness, bit of resins and nice dry mouthfeel. So far the best from Birbant for me I guess.
