A bit of cloud in this copper brew. Smallish white head. Fruity, wet dank, cardboard. Medium bodied. Finish has a nice semi-dry bitterness to it. Not really a powerhouse and it kinda misses the mark a touch, but it’s a fine beer overall.

Piana beżowa lekko zamglone, ciemno bursztynowy kolor. Smak melanoidynowy karmel i orzechy, słodkie, z balansem dobrym Nagazowanie średnie, ciało średnie, lekko gumiaste, alkohol prawie niewyczuwalny, finisz długi melanoidynowy. Ogólnie piwo przypomina koźlaki, nie czuć płatków zbyt wyraźnie chyba, że to są te orzechy. Kiedyś było lepsze

0.5 l can from 'Beerdome', best before June 2025. Very hazy, pale green (!) with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, rather fruity aroma of guava and kiwi. Gently sweet, slightly sour, rather fruity and a bit artificial taste of guava, kiwi, some sherbet powder and traces of gummy bear, followed by a short, moderately tart finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Interesting but not totally convincing.

0.50l can. Aroma is herbal, floral, leathery, grainy and funky. Pours cloudy pale golden color with large soapy white head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet grainy and mild fruity, following is piney, honeyish and slightly medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. What The Heka…

Bottle at home. Aroma of roast, citrus, coffee, malt, some pine, hint of tropical fruit, hops. Flavour is light sweet and medium bitter. Well, this is simply a very tasty BIPA with high drinkability.

Aroma of grass, tropical fruits, grapefruit, some pine, grassy hops. Flavour is moderate to medium bitter. This does not fully present the range of Simcoe as a single hop beer, but it’s nicely refreshing and sessionable.
