From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Hazy matt medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, dry apples, red apples, fruity, tart apples, barnyard, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110805]

Polypin @ Paisley Beer Festival 2011. Cloady orange colour, Aroma is sour apple, bit of yeast. Flavour is sour apple, bit of wood. Slightly dry finish. Well done.

On gravity at Swindon Beer Festival, 29/10/09. Amber, cloudy and with no carbonation. Lots of apple fruit, a hint of barnyard and dryish finish. Good.

Hazy yelloow with no head. Strong oak aroma with vanilla, and apples. Dry and wooden flavour with tannins. Apple juice takes over after a while

Plastic barrel at 1st K&ES Railway BF 2009. Hazy orange gold. Really good tannic aggressive tasty cider. It’s good, bit of cheese, really aggressive on the gums. Very tasty dry cider and I was recommending this to anyone who would listen.

From a box at the Thanet Cider & Perry Festival. Very hazy orange. Slgihtly minty aorma. Very dry on finish. Lovel cider apple flavour. Good dryness. Very drinkable, some good dry apple flesh. Mint runs through it.

Thanet Cider and Perry Fest 08. Hazy orange. Bit of film developer. It’s ok, not a great cider, too much film developer aroma and flavour. Yes, too mcuh acid. Really not very good, but I didn’t mind as I spent the time drinking this chatting with Eddie Gadd. what a great bloke.

6.3% at GBBF08. Good acidic aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Burning acidity in the flavour, quite strong, paint thinner. Not bad.

@GBBF2008 (6.3%, sold as O Sir Medium Cider). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is spices, apples, some quite strong alcoholic notes. Flavour is very dry apples, blue cheese, grassyness, mild spicy notes as well as quite much alcohol.

Cask at aberdeen Beer festival ... Slight hazy orange odd cider nose ... odd flavour ... load of apple in linger though.
