Bottle. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some grass, herbs and mild ripe fruits with some toffee too. Flavour is grass, some herbal, mild ripe fruity and toffeeish tones with mild earthy elements. Not that much smoke nor whisky to it. Very mediocre.

Bottled 330ml (in France)
A bit gushing bottle. Golden color, medium-sized white head. Wet wood, sweetness and light smoke in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Sweetish malty, grass, riped fruits, light smokeyness. Quite simple and unbalanced smoked beer.

Amber color, small off-white head. Aroma has caramel, light harshness, grassy notes. Medium-bodied, Sweetish riped fruits, caramalt in the flavor. Some grassyness. Is this really brewed with _smoked_ Whisky malts?

33cl Bottle from erickok, thanks Eric! Clear deep amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of peach, light-smoked malts, hint of peat, quite sweet. Flavour is sweet, malty, peach, light-peated malts, toast, something salty, sweet finish. Light-bodied. An Adelscott clone imo, a tad too sweet.

33cl Bottle from erickok, thanks Eric! Pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of swamp, skunk, hint of the promised smoke, grainy sourness. Flavour is a lot better, quite dry, light floral, light peated malts, pale malts, hay, light yeasty, peaty light sweet finish with some bitterness. Quite watery, but OK. Expected worse.

Although I might argue that this is a smoked beer, the elements of aroma and taste are sort of smoky, but more peat bog. Notes of dried fruit, wood chips, cigars, whiskey. Palate is dry and lingering. This is a unique animal and worth seeking out.
