The flavour is moderate to light sweet, light sour with a dry, cinnamon, light chili spice, floral hop palate and lingering dry spicy finish. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a crystal clear light straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, barnyard, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a watery, light woody floral hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average to soft carbonation. The ABV Is a little high for a session IPA but it didn't tasre like a 5.2% beer.

Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Called a pils but labelled at the brewpub as a lager. Poured a crystal clear light amber with a thin white head. The aroma is skunky lager malt, gluey toffee light hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a smooth, rich, dry malt, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth, light, crisp, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Didn't really get the cream at all and had to confirm with the staff that I actually had the right beer.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light grassy hops, light acidity, a bit infected? In mouth, sweet chocolate malt with light peated notes, light alcohol warmth, very nice and smokey. On tap at 100 Garden location.

A dark reddish copper brown barley wine with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous notes, treacle, light vanilla, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with loads of miso notes, light vanilla, light licorice, pleasing. On tap at 100 Garden location .
