Can shared on Level 42 12/01/2016. Many thanks to Paul for this one. A pale yellow, colored pour with a fine white head. Clear. Aroma is sharp zesty lemon, floral notes, straw, pear drop, sweet lemon. Flavour is composed tart lemon, white peach, apricot, funky yogurt, lemon rind. Crisp light grains, little wheat. Palate is sharp and tart, highish carbonation, prickly. Not bad at all.

Can shared at level 42. It pours clear pale yellow with a massive white head. The aroma is tart, sour, lemon juice, lime, green apple, cheesy, lactic, yogurt and tang. The taste is crisp, dry, mellow tartness, lactic, green apple, lemon - lime, citrus peel, cracker, citric acidity, lactic, creamy yoghurt vibe and straw with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Not a huge amount of depth, but drinks easy.

Bought in a draft pint at the local emporium. So how do these Texas breweries keep doing it? Well done. It appears with a fairly innocuous light gold and yellow in the glass. The head is much better, a highly carbonated layer of small bubbles that is as thick as you want I guess. The smell is of pine and hops, an IPA of course. It has a fairly involved taste, juniper with an ending pineapple sweetness. Very decent. And that is followed with a pleasant bitterness, not too much. Clean, brisk. All right.
