16 oz can acquired from Half Time in New York. This will be my latest in the series of Sue IPAs brewed by Toppling Goliath over the years, I’ve mostly enjoyed them. Using a snifter from now-departed Buffalo Bayou Brewing tonight, I open the can and pour. The view is a gold-orange body followed by a respectable top of fluffy white foam. The smell is citrus with some tropical and also grain. Time for a drink. Orange rind, mangoes, grapefruit, white bread and a touch of cedar. Dry, somewhat sweet and likewise bitter. Not bad, not inspirational.

Draft at Uno Pizzeria & Grill in Hamilton. Murky orange gold pour. Small white head. Fragrant tropical fruit aroma. First sip brings notes of fresh squeezed grapefruit and orange juices. Added notes of mango and peach. Some resiny pine on backend. A tasty collab between two of my favorite brewers is right on the money!

Can. Pretty much opaque brownish orange with a loosish 2cm white head. Enveloping citrus, peach and tropical fruit aroma. Vague bready malt is not too gluey, and resin as well as fruity emerges towards a finish that's a bit astringent as well as bitter.

12oz can. Poured a nice clear orange color with a small white head, some lacing. Aroma was nice orange zest, some citrus. Crispy. Light bitterness, not an overwhelming citrus in this one.
