Bottle shared in London - thanks to Paul. Pours clear pink with a faint, bubbly head. Nice gooey honey aroma with slight floral notes, hints of berries. Medium sweet flavor with creamy honey, light vanilla, faint bitter berry skins, hay. Light to medium bodied, chewy. Lightly warming to finish, slightly medicinal, with more chewy and gooey honey, faint berry tang. So so.

Bottle from St Michael’s Mount, Cornwall. The colour is rich rose amber. The aroma is fresh, very fruity, sweet, tangy, jammy plums and honey. The taste is sweet, oily, honey, slightly waxy, lots of jammy berry, plum and some warming alcoholwith a more dry finish. Medium bodied and slick, oily mouth - feel. Not a hide amount of depth, but it drinks very easy. Nice jammy fruits and balance.

Bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a no head. Nose is highly spiced, with notes of harsh alcohol, spice and honey. Flavour is intensely spicy, with not much else discernible. Ridiculous spicy notes overwhelm the palate. Not good.
