ChrisOs Early December Tasting. Clear amber beer, bubbly white head. Light dry palate. Light dry caramel malt. Mild floral hops with some dry bitterness. Dry finish. Not for me!

ChrisOs Early December Tasting. Clear amber beer. Tiny white head. Light dry palate, very dry. Light caramel malt. Mild and very English citrus hop. Dry finish.

Bottle 500ml.Light unclear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, sour malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111208]

Bottle 500ml. @ chriso [ oh6gdx birthday bash tasting ].Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, sour malt, artificial, malt extract, light caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111203]

Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled@my birthdaybash@Chriso. Amber colour, not too much head. Aroma is wood, some nutty notes as well as malts and mild resiny notes. Flavour is rather similar in a nice balance. Also some slight earthy and herbal notes.

Bottled@my birthdaybash@Chriso. Goldeny amber colour, minor head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, mildly floral and herbal with some slight nutty notes as well. Flavour is rather ssimilar with mild toasted maltyness and the wooden notes are also a bit stronger.

Bottled@my birthdaybash@Chriso. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is quite typical esb, some floral and grassy hops along with herbs and some balancing malts. Flavour is caramel malts, some sweet floral notes along with grass and herbs. Not that much bitterness in the finish or aftertaste.

Bottled at chriso’s. Hazy copper colour, small head. Pear aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly with salty bitterish finish. Solid.

Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Almos tclear amber. Fruity nose with hay-like hops and sweaty bready malt. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Grainy with soem wheat crackers. Salty finish.
