50cl bottle from Cunningham - thanks a lot for this lovely gem. Pours clear deep golden with a lasting, white head. Mild, but interesting aroma with notes of fruits, grass, herbs and Belgian yeast. Guess the seaweed is responsible for some of the grassy and herbal notes. Moderate sweet with a bit unusual, but lovely flavour. Finisher with a nice bitterness and a moderate bitter aftertaste with with some grassy/seaweedish notes. Quite delicious brew!

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Tom L. Clear deep golden. Aroma of minerals, chalky malt, rye, and a skunky hops note. Flavor has sweetish chalky malt, minerals, a bit of toast, rye, and pretty strong bitterness. Light to medium-bodied.

My white whale at this Dublin tour. Searched ever corner of Dublin……and the last morning oh yeah it was shining in front of my happy eyes.
Seaweed saison. Hmm I live by the ocean so I know what seaweed smells like. This beer was enjoyed in lovely Fairview park a sunny day in Dublin. And the only seaweed I got in my nose was the seaweed in Tolka river that passes Fairview park.
The beer had a lovely orange golden color with a fine big white head. Nice lacing. Looked really nice an inviting. Herbal, mild grassy, Belgian yeast and mild fruity aroma. Medium + body and a fine carbonation. Nice balance between sweetness and acidity. Semi dry texture. Herbal/grassy (seaweed maybe), Belgian yeast, mild fruity, mild citric and some banana in the flavor. Lovely tasty ale in my opinion.
