cloudy yellow, no lasting head
surprisingly mild aroma of tart apples, feels balanced - but mild/watery, also a very good cider aroma, very clean, not apple juice, but faint.
nice very balanced flavor that is mild, slightly sourish, some apple, some leather, not that tart and sour, but a tiny bit. feels watered down. but then 6% abv... very refreshing and easy drinking. stil has the raw and wild feel of a spanish cider, but not at all agressive. Probably the most drinkable spanish cider i've had.

really nice sidra natural aroma, tart apples, no sweetener, sour apples, faint leather, tiny bit of funk bot mostly quite clean but not so clean as to be industrial.
flavor is apples, some kind of slightly weird yeast like bitterness, slightly buttery feel to it, easy drinking but also feels like cider mixed with water and oil. Not that this is the case, but i get that feeling. watery / watered down flavor and slighly oily texture. Not the best sidra natural i've had.

75cl bottle from Petritegi's on-site shop. Pours a hazed pale yellow, fine natural carbonation. Balanced sour tang, not as cheesy as some, a little more refined but distinctly Basque with a good sharp fruit presence. Decent.

250ml can from Petritegi, shared with Soph on Plage de Hendaye, France. Drunk from the can. Interesting sweet apple varieties, skin, hints of green apple and cantaloupe, moderate carbonation. Nice refresher.
