Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, grain, white bread, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, grass - green grass, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, minerals, dough. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, bread - white bread, yeast, sulfur, fruity yeast, minerals, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Pours hazy straw with profuse stable white head. Clear aroma of citrus and Beligian yeast, with notes of hops and touches of malt. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, with notes of Belgian yeast and malt and fruity touches. Citric and estery aftertaste. Good for a BIPA.

Bottle, 6.5%. Flowery and clovey aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Very big, stable and rocky white head. The flavour is citric, has some lemon notes and lemon peel. Reminds me a little bit of a hoppy lambic, but less sour, of course.

Bottle at the 11th Brugge beer Festival, Brugge, Belgium. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes similar, roasty, malty, chocolate, boozy, slightly sweet. Nice Quad.
