Pours a murky deep purple colour and a light brown head. Aroma's of sour, sour fruit, cherry pits. Retronasal follows this. Flavour is sour with a fruity sweetish note . Light medium bodied. Tart finish.

Bottle pour, taster @MBCC 2023, Copenhagen (Denmark). 06/05/2023. [#6.473 Global - #270 Belgium - #2 Bokke] 2018. Pours lovely orange with a lacing white head. Aroma: ripe peach, white wine greaps and leather. Taste: ripe peach and apricot. Lovely fruity mouthfeel. Gorgeous. Next one please!

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells funky, cheesy, subtle wood, stone fruits, hay. Lovely complex smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes stone fruits, citric, funk, cheese, some wood, earthy. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of citric, stone fruits and wood notes. Great complexity

750mL bottle at Grote Dorst, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is wonderfully funky, with loads of barnyard funk, light citrus, and dry oaky wood. Flavour is wonderfully funky, with lots of horse blanket, some gentle white wine, and very woody oak. Oaky, woody, funky and only gently vinous. A special treat.

750ml bottle at share. Cloudy golden pour, resilient white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and tart, yeasty funk, wooden barrel. Taste is white grapes, tart, with light savory notes towards the finish.

750ml shared with Ryan, Phill, and Nick. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: nicely balanced funk, barrel, fruitiness Taste: along the same lines, nice wine barrel, quite complex and sophisticated. Overall: nice one.
