From bottle at Wild Festival Groningen 2019. Grainy aroma with earthy notes, tart fruits, grapes, plenty of sherry, oak, some tobacco, and funk. Complex, medium sourness, lightly sweet. Medium body. More pronounced grain profile than I expected, also funky, with a lovely sherry barrel influence.

From bottle at Wild Festival Groningen 2019. Beautiful blend of Saison and Lambic. Aroma is grass, funk, fruits, white grapes, notes of citrus, and oak. Tart, sourish flavour. Massively drinkable and quite brilliant, the delicate balance is amazing.

Bottle. Pretty sour with lots of apricot, soft pale malt and funk. Long tart and sour apricot finish. Medium body. Good, not as complex as some other Bokke's I've had the pleasure of tasting.
