Pours a bitr unclear, small white head. Scent is full, elderflower. Complex lambic base (typical Bokke) . Taste is full, elderflower, giving a certain sweetness almost. Tart but very balanced back. Lovely blend, as always, even for me who doesn't particularly like elderflower.

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice floral funky tartness some light fruit. Taste is very interesting floral funky barrel lots going on.

The nose shows intense tart notes of tomato and light raspberry. Peaches become more apparent upon decanting.
The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Peach forward with a lot of juicy raspberries and a very well balanced tartness.

Pours clear blonde. Small white head fades fairly fast. Scent is intense, oak, acidic (citrus). very bright. Taste is intense tartness, but not at all over the top. Dry, very oaky, mild vineous character, intensified, almost like dried grapes rather than fresh, but not sweet. Very bright and outspoken geuze.

Pours a clear amberblonde. Small white head. Scent is a bit aged, not as gracefully as most bokke's kept. Taste is tart, full on body and maltyness. Mild spicyness from the saison. Very smooth blend, gentle geuze. High carbonation. Not bad at all. Less complex perhaps, but that works very well for the drinkability.

Pours clear, amber. Small white head. Scent is spicy, very aromatic, gingerbread, licorice. Taste is intense on the acidic side, yet very clean and balanced. Pleasantly fruity, intense for sure but not over the top - the lambic isn't lost at all. The grapes give very much complexity and aromatic features, rather than to be recognizable as actual grapes. gingerbread keeps popping up, also in the aftertaste. Very unique and fun, for sure !
