650mL bottle, pours a hazy dark reddish amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of dry bready malts and some resinous hops. Flavour is a decent balanced of dry caramely bready malts and resin. Seems a bit flat and dull, but it's decently balanced.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours an opaque dark red with a small beige head. Aroma is strong, with notes of alcohol, bready caramel malt and a kick of hops. Flavour is a little jagged, but still pleasant, with notes of alcohol, bready malt and resinous hops. Very alcoholic, even for 9%. Enjoyable but not overly sophisticated.

Cask at London Pub, Vancouver, dry hopped with Galaxy
Difficult pour (a lot of foam), murky orange blond color with huge creamy head. Sweet, full bodied, with strong character from the yeast, no evidence of mango, resiny final.
Good, but too dirty.

Draft - Sweet caramel malts and light twig. Clear gold with a decent beige head. Lots of caramel and twig notes.

Draft - Nice grains and a touch of skunk. Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Skunky grains and bitterness. Decent.

On tap at VCBW Festival, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Nose is crisp, with notes of grass and straw. Flavour is along the same lines, with straw and dry astringent hops. Nothing special here, but at least clean. Meh.

Had a pilsner at the Okanagan Fest of Ale. Don’t know if this one made a comeback or if it’s a new one. Golden with a thin head. Has a mellow breezy pale malt character with some chewy too sweet pale malts. Nothing really wrong with it but it does not fit my sense of balance.

Black color with beige head. Aroma of roasted malts and some chemicals, weird. The mouthfeel is rather thin, dry too; some roasted malt flavor, a bit of spicy buckwheat, and ordinary bitterness; ends with some paper and cardboard.
Maybe the bottle is oldish, but a beer should stand up better then this if spending a few months in a shop’s cooler. Not a bad beer, but I’m not impressed.

The carbonation is low, but the temperature is fresh, it combined well with the lean but moderately sweet flavor, malt and caramel, quite rich, with a good bitterness level, hop resins, some bitter orange. No evidence of orange blossom.
Very good, mostly for the right mix of sweetness and orange bitterness.
