A pinkish purple ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, light lactic notes, Epsom salts, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Brett, very nice and smooth. Bottle at Chambly 2022.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of dark fruits, myrtle, Brett, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, sweet fruity malt brett, cherry, myrtles, very nice. Bottle at Chambly 2022.

A deep dark stout with a very thin white light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light whisky, light vanilla, pleasant. In mouth, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light whiskey, nice biscuit and smooth. On tap at L'autre oeil.

473ml can. Pours a hazy gold-orange with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Fruity sweet & sour aroma of pale malt, passion fruit, peach, grapefruit and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, peach, passion fruit, pineapple, orange peel and floral hops in a dry, sour, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Enjoyable.
