Encannée le 24 juin 2021. Dégustée 26-10-21. Olfactif aux agrumes et fruits tropicaux sur une base maltée relevant des notes de biscuit, de pamplemousse rose et de mangue. La mousse est rocailleuse et bien formée. Le liquide est jaune avec reflets orangés et bien opaque. En bouche, c’est bien tropical avec une bonne sensation d’alcool. Le coté salin ressort assez léger. Le coté malté est bien appuyé avec un léger coté caramel et des notes de biscuit. La finale nous présente une amertume âpre assortie de zeste d’agrumes qui lui confère une légère acidité. Le corps est assez volumineux et sa texture soyeuse. Comme toutes les IPAs nouvelle vague, son âpreté me dérange sensiblement. Je m’attendais à un salin plus rehaussé; ça lui aurait donné une toute autre personnalité. Bottle pour shared by WillRunForBeer--thanks, Brian! It's a maple syrup brown with nice sparkle ring of beige head and no lacing. Aroma is strong tart and sweet fruit. Taste is tart fruit with wood. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, well crafted with decent strength and fullness. Totally not my style.

Clean deep red colour with ruby highlights. The head is pinkish, frothy, decent stay with light lacing. Berry nose with lots of fruitiness and some tart. Raspberry is the fruit that is mostly present in the taste. The tart is mild. Decent light dryness in the finish, so not syrupy at all. The camerise fruit gives out a little blueberry and cassis notes, all well-balanced. This is a fruit I discovered in northern Quebec and is quite interesting. Just like this beer.

A burgundy red ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with raspberry jam, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, sweet raspberries with tart character, light acidity, pleasant. On tap at l'autre oeil.

Poured from 473mL can. Murky gold with small white head. Tropical hops, light tartness, hint of weed. Pretty good.

Pale yellow. Really nice aroma, has a bit of tartness, but bright fruity character, grapefruit, papaya, and high quality thereof. I think this is great. Some weed, some tropical fruit. Yum.
