Pours a deep clear brown with a minimal tan head that laces like a Belgian. Sweet malty aroma. Well balanced with the sweet malts balanced by a tangyiness that ends with a touch of peppery fire at the end. Tasty, smooth bodied and a bit different.

Pours clear at first, there’s lots of yeast at the bottom of this one. A few small yeast "floaties". Tall, thick, long lasting white head that leaves a gorgeous lace on the glass. Orange marmalade on toast aroma. The flavor is lightly sweet with some dryness at the finish. Spicy and interesting.
