Bottiglia. Arco olfattivo dominato dal caffè, dal cioccolato e dall'affumicato. La finezza olfattiva è molto elevata ed elegante. Il manto birroso superiore è inesistente. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si fermano sentori di miele, cioccolato fondente, liquirizia, frutta secca, agrumi, affumicato, spezie, frutta secca, arancia e frutta passita. Alcol presente.

On tap as part of the tutti frutti festival at il Punto. Pours a rather clear light yellow, small head. Aroma is fruity, lots of grapes, some light citrus fruit, light acidic notes. Medium body. Flavour is malty, really sweet in a vinous way, lots of moscato, sweet grape, sweet vinous finish. Lovely summer beer, a tad sweet for my taste as IGAs go but the moscato definitely comes through.

O tap at il Punto. Dark with a small slightly tan head. Medium to big body, rich and sweet, caramel, dark malts. Lovely Baltic porter.

On tap at Il Punot, Bologna. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Hoppy, fruity, some lemon. Easy drinkable and smooth. Vague bitterness. Very nice.

Draft @ ML Fontainas Italian beer wknd. Dorée paille, col blanc crémeux. Arôme au nez fin tropical et bien houblonné avec un léger bouquet rétro d'agrumes et fin grains. Palais est léger, sec au niveau des grains, fruité et bien houblonné, retrouve un côté frais de cône et agrumes avec un fini levure un peu 'lager', je note aussi un léger apport de pêche.

Draught at the brewpub. This beer hits the smokey sweet spot and it is a fine example of a Bamberg style smoke marzen.good smoke roma and flavor, and lightly sweet malt.

Draft - Cocoa and malts. Deep brown with a nice beige head. Cocoa and dark sweet malts. Not much toast.

Draft - Nice crisp grains. Clear gold with a decent white head. Soft grains and a touch of spice.
