Can from the brewery in April, 2025. Lightly hazy red-amber with fine particulate mist and some floaties, trace sparkle, thin head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong caramel over peaty malt, late milder maple. Taste is mix all at once of the caramel, peaty malt and maple. Smooth, velvety texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with only a hint of bitterness. Better balance to the flavor than the aroma but they're all on top of each other so it comes off a bit weird. Very nice palate.

Can from the brewery. Opaque black, nice sparkle, thin creamy head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong roasted earthy and sweet malt. Taste is as aroma with a bit of Tootsie Roll. Silky smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Lactose gently offsets the roast, wonderful palate. Nice, basic stout.

16 oz. Can. A near clear mahogany brown color. Aroma is maple, Scotch and specialty grain. Flavor follows with a steady amount of maple without it getting overly sweet. A nice first impression of this brewery.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Thanks Tom. Deep amber brown appearance with a thin light white head. Nose is light sweet nutty with toffee. In mouth, a weak sweet caramel malt with light mineral notes. A tad thinner in body. Just ok.

Can pour from the brewery during "No two styles alike tasting." Clear dark brown with ring of head, nice lacing. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Yep, that's a brown ale.

16 oz. can from Nejaime's Wine Cellar, Stockbridge, MA. Pours a clear dark brown color with a large, thick beige head and great retention. Good lacing. Nice nutty aroma. Good nutty and roasted malt flavor too, but with a slight astringent cherry finish. A little thin for a brown ale. Smooth. Low carbonation and no bitterness. Medium-light body. Good overall, but would be great without the cherry.

16 oz. can from Nejaime's Wine Cellar, Stockbridge, MA. Pours a clear light gold color with a large white head and great retention. Very good lacing too. Very little aroma. Sweet malty lager flavor with a hint of lemon and a light bready finish. Very smooth and clean. No bitterness. Medium body, but heavier than your average blonde. Lightly crisp mouthfeel. Good refreshing blonde.

16 oz. can from Nejaime's Wine Cellar, Stockbridge, MA. Pours a cloudy orange-gold color with a tight off white head and good retention. Good lacing too. Light hops aroma. Flavors of light caramel malt and light hops with a light fruity note. Low bitterness. Strange combination. Light carbonation and a light body too. Smooth. Not my favorite style, but not bad.
