Trübe leuchtend orange rote Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr fruchtig, rote Beeren, Äpfel. Geschmack leicht säuerlich fruchtig, Äpfel, rote Beeren.

Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2018-07 getrunken. Diesen Cider ist ein toller Durstlöscher. Der Ingwer- und Honigeinfluß gleich sich sehr gut aus und bringt den Cider sowohl würzige als auch erfrischende Note. Ein feines Teil - Prost!

330ml bottle, trade courtesy of Herrkleman, cheers Klemens! Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of ginger & lemon. Taste is musky, apple, ginger with lemon rind, citrus fruits and leafy notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry zesty sourish finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is apple pie, cinnamon, baked apple, spice, with a zingy citrusy hop note. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry spiced finish. Quite drinkable.
