Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque pale golden with a short, fizzy head that dissipates in no time. Odd perfumy, fruity nose with just a faint hint of apples underneath. Medium body, appears sweet but it's not really, muddled apple notes where the hops keep interfering. Rather subdued tartness. Give me a straught cider anytime instead of this mess. 070224

Slightly hazy golden yellow cider with a white lacing. Aroma of intense lime, elderflower, apples. Taste of elderflower, lime zest, apples, sulfur.

At first it tasted like juice but then I could make it not only the adjuncts but a very appley base as well. Quite nice!
