Very intense nose. NOse is full of fruity-zesty aroma. Taste is quite sour, citric and apples. Very nice. good work!

Very dense, fine, yellowish head, fast gone over faintly veiled metallic orange liquid. Dried, if originally sour apples; something herbal, as sage. Seriously sourish cider - difficult to say what acids - with a wry-ish, not quite bitter finish. Very dry. Some citrus notes, lemony. MF has just a touch of (hop)oil, slick; tittilating, invisble carbonation. Refreshing. Quite original, nice concoction!

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeerrockstars.de'. Hazy, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, rather fruity, a bit grassy aroma of apple, pear,lemon peel and passion fruit. A little sweet, minimally sourish, gently dry, rather fruity taste of apple, pear, some lemon peel and hints of passion fruit, followed by a short, minimally tart, quite dry and a little woody finish. Thin body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nicely aromatic cider with a pleasant hoppiness, extremely refreshing.

ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity hops, apples, fruity apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic and bitter with a long duration, tart apples, fruity hops, fruity apples, sweet apple, flowers, refreshing, medium dry, light citrus. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20201011]

Pale gold and hazy with a fleeting, foamy head. Aroma of ginger and apple cider. Taste mildly honey sweet with a ginger bite. Mild, underlying tartness from the apples. Medium bodied with moderate to prickly carbonation. Overall, nicely balanced and refreshing.
