2013-06-25, draught at Pibar, Lausanne, 7-4-7-4-15=37
Cloudy golden color with creamy head. Very nice hoppy aroma, fresh, fruity. Smooth mouthfeel; toffee flavor, quite dry, with very good hopping: strong bitterness, strong resins, some fruits, and some manure character; maybe some spicy yeast in the final.
Generally I prefer beers with a little sweetness and more floral, but this one is very good too.

2012-06-08, draught at Pibar, Lausanne, 7-4-8-5-16=40
Hazy deep blond color. Delicate fruity aroma. Dry mouthfeel, smooth body, good caramel and malt flavor, perfect hop balance.

2011-07-19, bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier, bb 2012-04, 7-4-7-4-15=37
Golden color; medium sized head. Nice hop aroma, a bit sweaty, with interesting biscuity notes from the malt. The body is lean, the mouthfeel is quite dry; good dry toffee flavor with light biscuity notes and very light chamomile; it has a quite strong bitterness, with some hop resins, hop oils, light fruity touch. Bold and long final.
Good thirst quencher.

2010-01-05, bottle from La Ferme, Yverdon, 7-5-7-4-15=38
Hazy amber color. The aroma is breadish, then malty, and not as fruity as the previous bottle, actually the fruity trace is extremely light. Strong toffee and caramel flavor, dry but deep; strong bitterness, with dry resins and a lot of hop oils. Bold and refreshing.

2009-12-24, bottle from Le Tonneau Verre, Yverdon, 7-4-7-4-15=37
Beautiful light amber color; medium head. The delicate aroma of refined sugar and passion fruit lets me think that there is some Nelson Sauvin hop, here. Toffee and caramel flavor, dry mouthfeel, lean body; strong bitterness, with some resins too; the final shows just a very light hop fruitiness and more caramel. Refreshing, straight, very pleasant.

Bottle from the brewery
Hazy golden color; medium head; nice perlage, and a thin layer is persistent. Malt aroma, with light wheat and very light sourness. Good body strength, quite sweet too; there is some malt flavor and light wheat; strangely the alcohol feeling is higher than it really is, resulting quite boozy. The mix of sweetness and light fruitness is pleasant.

Draught, "Nuit de la Fraîcheur" at the brewery
Muddy green color; thin head. Herbal hemp aroma, it’s like being at a hip-hop concert, everybody’s smoking a joint; grassy too. Good body strength; the grass juice and the hemp mix well with the light sweetness. Strange to say, weird but not a bad thing.

Cloudy orange color. Real aroma of ripe apricots, the real fruit, not jam. Correct body strength, some residual sweetness, good subtle malt flavor and yellow fruits. Pleasant and refreshing.

(bottle, 33cl, with thanks to Allen!) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Fresh, lemon-fruity and piney hoppy aroma with notes of pine-apples and a mildly yeasty and pale malty background. Moderately bitter flavour, medium bodied with a sparkly carbonation. Quite complex hops profile with mainly fruity accents of citrus/lime, exotic fruits and piney, woody elements; dry and slightly bitter noble hoppy finish with a mildly malty sweetness. A very aromatic and rounded brew. 21.XII.09

Bottle: Poured a cloudy hazy dirty orangey color ale with a super large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry European style hops with light citrus notes also noticeable. Taste is also dominated by dry and astringent hops with light citrus notes also noticeable and some light Belgian style malt base. Body is quite full with great carbonation. Well done thought maybe a bit too astringent for my taste.
