Cask at Moon Under Water, Wolverhampton. Pours a dark copper with a small off-white head. The aroma is a blend of malts and citrus. In the mouth it is basically sweet with a creamy texture but also a little underlying bitterness. Malts, caramel and citrus dominate the flavour with traces of raisins and spice coming later. Finish is slightly dry. This is decent.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Dark brown, generous coarse but firm head. Aroma of tea and grapefruit as well as lightly burnt toast. Mid sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruit, tea and mild butter, some brown sugar. Long bitter finish.

Cask at the Rochester Castle (JDW), Stoke Newington. Copper, off-white head. Toffee, earthy bitterness up front. Bitterness fades to leave vague berry notes. A sub-par bitter.

440ml can from Lidl Supermarkets UK - clear yellow body with a short white head. Sweetish pineapple start, lemony tingle with a decent enough bittersweet finish.

440ml can from Lidl Supermarkets UK - Hazy brass colour with a short lived white head. Fruity character, stone fruits, some berries in there. Fairly standard but drinkable.
