Light pinkish red pour, with no head. Aroma is berries, light lemon zest, and some pepper. Thin mouth feel, very light carb. Low bitterness, light spicy, fruity finish.

on tap at the source. Pours a clear yellow, with a small white head. Aroma is straight up cucumber, bright and in your face, with some light tartness, and salinity. Bright, and clean, and so refreshing. They captured the essence of cucumber, and the ocean beautifully.

On tap at the source. Bright golden pour, with a large white head. Aroma is yeasty, sharp lemon zest, some straw, and wet grass. Medium mouth feel, lively carb. Medium bitter, yeasty finish, very Belgian, grassy hops, hint of stone fruit.

Bottle from the source. Jet black, large mocha head. Aroma is very boozy, sweet roast, no Hops, earthy coffee, and hints of soy. Mouth feel is good, but thinner than expected, carb is also livelier than expected. Medium bitter, still quite boozy, very roasty finish, with hints of bitter cocoa.

Bottle from the source. Cloudy orange pour, with a small white head. Loads of smoke, but also quite fruity. Apricots, and figs, with nots of camels and scotch. Full mouth feel, soft carb. Soft medium bitterness, semi sweet, more fruit with a punch of campfire, and pine resin.

On tap at the source. Upfront smoke, bacon, bready cereals, light straw, bready. Hints of brown sugar, burnt sugar, even a touch of smoky soy. low to medium bitter. long, smoky finish.

On Tap at the source. Clear brown pour, with a small off white head. Aroma is bready, light pine, a touch of nuttiness, and some brown sugar. Light bitterness. Very light and soft bitter.

Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of malt with some Brett notes with light gin barrel notes discernible. Taste is a mix of malt with light fruity Brett notes, mild tart notes with faint gin barrel notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting saison with plenty of complexity of flavors.

Bottle: Poured a black color ale with a medium size brown foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of chocolate malt with some coffee notes with light bitter notes. Taste is a mix of chocolate malt with some strong coffee notes with some bitterness. Body is below average with good carbonation. Interesting coffee stout but body is a bit thin for style.

Bottle: Poured a light copper color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with funky ester with some cassis and lemon notes. Taste is a mix of funky ester with some tart notes with some cassis, lemon and light peppery notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. I get the attempt at experimentation but thi is a bit muddled.
