on tap at the source. Pours a clear yellow, with a small white head. Aroma is straight up cucumber, bright and in your face, with some light tartness, and salinity. Bright, and clean, and so refreshing. They captured the essence of cucumber, and the ocean beautifully.

Bottle from the source. Jet black, large mocha head. Aroma is very boozy, sweet roast, no Hops, earthy coffee, and hints of soy. Mouth feel is good, but thinner than expected, carb is also livelier than expected. Medium bitter, still quite boozy, very roasty finish, with hints of bitter cocoa.

Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of malt with some Brett notes with light gin barrel notes discernible. Taste is a mix of malt with light fruity Brett notes, mild tart notes with faint gin barrel notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting saison with plenty of complexity of flavors.
