Bottle: Poured a golden color gueuze with a medium foamy head with limited retention and lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some green apple notes, oak and some barnyard notes. Taste is also a good mix of tart notes with some oak, some tart green apple notes, oak with barnyard notes and a light sour finish with hints of acidity. Body is about average with good carbonation. A really enjoyable gueuze with a good drinkability level.

That’s very good stuff. Funky and clean, notes of pale wood, lemon peel, straw. Moderate acidity. Decent salinity. Extremely drinkable. No off notes, really. Exceptional.

37.5cl from duscount shelf at Bièrerie. Complete clear golden..very typical Tilquin funk, a lot like Boon. Fruity and a lot of oak. Medium sour. This has some nice age, drinks lovely.
Bottle, 75cl corked, 2023 vintage. Quite tart, fruity, citrusy, lemony. Funk. Some hints of malts. Delicious indeed. 848416

2020-21 Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is beautiful red grape pomace, solid funk. Taste is pomace, funk, barn, citric sour finish, but less sour than some other beers of this grape series. Juicy mouthfeel, dry, soft carbonation. I love it!

Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes oak, herbal, earthy, spices, walnuts. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of oak, walnuts and some herbs. Very nice one, great complexity
