Keine Karbonisierung, erhöhte Viskosität. Alkoholischer, cremig malziger Beginn. Noten von Karamell, geringfügig herb, eher trocken, brennend. Halbwegs süffig, cremig, mittellanger Abgang. Ok, wenn auch nicht wirklich rund. 8/10/7/8/10/7

Bottle shared at tasting. Brownish color, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, sugars, brown candy sugar, a hint of peat, some BA. Overall quite balanced though.

Bottle 10.5%. Light brown colour with thin lacy head. Loads of sweet grains in the aroma and flavour. Silky texture. Very light floral note, perhaps from the Earl Grey.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Darker orange color, medium sized white to off-white head. Aroma is heavy gin BA. Very overpowering. Flavor is malts, again heavy gin, plant-like, odd. Weird combination tbh, doesn't really do it for me. Also doesn't really taste like a DIPA if you'd ask me.
