Can, 10.2%. Good deep malty aroma. Deep dark chestnut colour, seems hazy. Ok stable tan head. The flavour is a little sweet, but not as much as some quadrupels. Deep dark malts, brown and white sugars. Citric, cidery finish, but mellow maltiness. Warming alcohol. Late molasses notes.

Can. Pours nearly clear dark ruby / brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of fruit and Belgian yeast, with notes of malt and caramel and mild touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, dried fruit, and yeast, with roasty and hoppy touches. Warming alcohol presence. Bitter and estery aftertaste with malty and acicid hints. Decent.

Can from Daily Delis, Amsterdam. Hazy dark orange, thin, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of ripe orange, mandarin peel, grapefruit juice, lemon-scented hand soap, stale lime, unripe peach. Taste has sweetish mandarin & mango, sourish citrus zest over biscuity maltiness. Floral hoppy finish, bitter grapefruity, quite zesty, spicy. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Pleasant but feels somewhat 'unclean'. Almost hard to associate it with an APA.

75cl bottle. A very dark brown beer, no head. Aroma of tobacco, stong dark malt, melasse, dark fruits. Taste of strong dark malt, red fruits, melasse, raisins, tobacco.

Süßlicher Beginn, der aber überraschend mild ausfällt. Darin beerig, "chocolate cheeskake" kann ich jetzt nicht direkt erkennen. Mit der Zeit deutlich malzig werdend - es handelt sich am Ende doch noch um ein Imperial Stout - leicht alkoholisch, unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert. Süffig, mittellanger Abgang. Okay. 11/8/9/9/11/9

Bottle shared with Erwin and Joes at Van Moll. Dark brown to black color, small to average sized beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, huge maple, sweet and some bitterness, bourbon, brandy, coffee, roast. Heavy but very good.

Bottle shared by Erwin and with Joes at Van Moll. Clear darker orange color, average sized white to off-white head. I don't really like the aroma tbh, musty a bit. I like the "baby brother" better (Moment Supreme). Flavor is malts, sweetish though it seems less sweet than the baby brother, very heavy full bodied full mouthfeel compared to the baby brother. Heavy though. I think I'd rather order the baby brother tbh.
